This page ATTIX has been harassing me since August, when I first pre-ordered two phone cases from them. They took 50% advance from me.. and told me the delivery will be made within 16-17th August. But they never made the delivery within time and when they did, they gave me the wrong one.

I was at university when the delivery man called, so I made the payment through bkash and the man gave it to my guard (I gave all the screenshots below). They were supposed to give me the marked two covers but they gave me one and that was also not the one I paid for.

Since then, I have been asking them to take back their product and give me the refund. But they are straight up harrassing me and lying to me that they didnot get any money, and that I don’t have any proof of them being wrong. I am literally tired of dealing with them. 

They were supposed to send their delivery man to take back the cover (which I never used), but they are just ranting and changing dates. They also gave me the owner’s number, which was a wrong number. I dialled several times, but no one answered.

‼️‼️ Please help me out guys, they owe me around 3k. I need my money back.
