I placed an order for a mobile case on Bornilshop.com on September 9. The next day, a salesperson contacted me requesting an advance payment, so I paid 200 BDT via bKash. They also asked for a mobile recharge. I was told the shop and warehouse were in Chittagong, and the product would arrive within two days. However, after two days, I haven’t received the product, and the salesperson has stopped responding to my calls and WhatsApp messages.
